Our designer can offer affordable ideas to prepare your home for
sale. We will walk through
the house as if we were the perspective buyer.
Upon completion you will receive a detailed evaluation with
recommendations which may
include clearing away clutter, rearranging existing furniture, painting,
adding simple décor items and more that will help you differentiate your
house from the competition.

Arranging Artwork:
The positioning of artwork can provide balance and interest if placed
correctly. Paintings placed
haphazardly can be distressing to the eye and create a sense of disorder
in the room. Our designer
will show you the best location for your artwork but you will have to be
the one that puts the nail in the wall.
You should have picture hangers or nails and a hammer ready for
the job. If you prefer, the
spot can be marked and you can complete the art-hanging project at a
later time.
